1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the m baji website (https://m-baji.cam) and all its associated services. Accessing this site, registering, or using any service means you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.

m baji is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino and other entertainment activities. The platform is operated with Bangladeshi users in mind and provides a complete service in the Bengali language.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services at m baji, the following conditions must be met:

• One person may operate only one account.
• Anyone for whom online betting is prohibited under Bangladeshi law may not use this service.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use services at m baji, you must first create a personal account. During registration, you must provide your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth correctly. m baji reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.

3.2 Password and Security

Account security is entirely the responsibility of the user. Do not share your password with anyone, and make sure to log out after using an unfamiliar device. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the m baji support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of the relevant accounts and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

m baji currently accepts deposits via Bangladeshi mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.
• It generally takes a few minutes for the deposit amount to be reflected in your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before making a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and to meet the wagering requirement a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed (৳1,000 × 15).

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by m baji have specific wagering requirements. Please read the terms of the relevant offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If fraudulent activity is found in connection with any bonus offer, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• m baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Verify all information before confirming a bet. m baji always tries to display correct odds, but reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error.

6.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is generally considered void and the staked amount is returned. However, specific rules may apply depending on the type of sport.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds change quickly during in-play betting on live matches. Due to network delays, the odds shown on your screen and the odds at the time the bet is processed may differ. m baji is not responsible for such differences.

6.4 Game Results

The results of all casino games are determined by a secure Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no predetermined pattern in game results and each round is completely independent.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Registering multiple times under different identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated method to bet or play games.
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to harass, defraud or harm other users.
• Misconduct or making threats towards m baji staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by m baji

m baji may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud or legal reasons. In such cases, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any related bonus will be cancelled if wagering requirements are incomplete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can use the self-exclusion option mentioned on m baji's Responsible Gaming page to restrict your account for a set period.

9 Limitation of Liability

m baji services are provided on an "as-is" basis. m baji will not be liable for any financial or other loss in the following situations:

• If any bet or game is left incomplete due to an internet connection failure or a problem with the user's device.
• If loss occurs due to theft of account credentials or unauthorised access where the user's own negligence is responsible.
• If any transaction is delayed or fails due to a failure of third-party technology or a payment gateway.
• If the service has to be temporarily suspended due to government or regulatory directives.
